The Hummingbird is situated in the heart of Hertford, a historic market town 20 miles north of London. The interior is warm and welcoming and offers a private dining room which is an excellent venue for business meetings and small conferences with the option of sandwich platters or a choice of sandwiches from our lunch menu.
